A:  Yes we do!

Q:  Are there any extra costs associated with selling my home or business through MAP at auction?

A:  No!

The only associated costs are those that you would see with any real estate closing except without the several thousands of dollars spent on commissions to sometimes multiple realtors.

Q:  Can MAP sell my automobiles, boat, camper, motorcycles and farm equipment?

A:  Yes we do! 

MAP adjusts all commissions to be respectful of the sellers investment and cap all of our commissions at 8% for all titled rolling stock.  Some commissions are even  lower, but 8% is the max.

Q:  So what is an "Estate Clean-out"?

​

A:  An Estate Clean-out is where MAP will charge a set fee for us to bring our team of people into your home, barn, garage, or wherever you've been piling up your "junk & treasures" and haul it out for one low price.  The price is a set, flat fee which is based upon the square footage of your space.  We take care of the "Good, the Bad, AND the UGLY!"

Q:  What do you with the stuff that you clean out of my estate?

A:  We take "The Good" stuff that can be sold, and list them in an auction.  "The Bad" stuff that still has some use, but has no value in an auction, we donate to local charities that will sell that for profit.  "The Ugly" stuff is disposed of by our team.

Q:  Am I charged any hidden fees for labor costs or dumping fees?

A:  No. 

There are no hidden fees with our company.  The flat fee that we charge to clean-out your home covers everything.  You will not get charged by the hour, or by the load taken to the landfill.  One flat fee covers it all!

Q:  What about my stuff that still has value?

​

A:  The proceeds from the things we take out of your home that we list in an auction, are split between MAP and you.  An equal 50-50 with no extra fees.

Q:  Once everything is out of my property, then what?

​

A:  Once things are all cleaned out, the MAP team will clean the home, appliances, bathrooms, collect and dispose of all trash, so you don't have to.  All of this is included in our previously agreed upon fee and there is no extra charge.
