Q:  Do you guys sell real estate?

A:  Yes we do!  Missouri Auction Pros offers a lower commission than any realtor.  MAP (2.5%) vs. Real Estate 6%.  The costs are all included in our options that you can choose from a la carte style.  We pride ourselves on 100% transparency with no hidden fees.

 

Q:  What extra costs are associated with selling my home or business at auction?

A:  The only extra associated costs are for the title work and an attorney to craft the paperwork applicable to state in which the the property is located.  Typically less than $2,000 regardless of the final auction price.

Q:  Do you sell automobiles and farm equipment?

​

A:  Yes we do!  MAP adjusts all commissions to be respectful of the sellers investment and cap all of our commissions at 8% for all titled rolling stock.
